Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Buyer or to one of the Avangard Gold System SRL locations, depending on the option chosen when placing the Order. The Buyer must be present when receiving the Order, must prove their identity with the identity card used when placing the order and must sign on receipt. The price, the payment method and the payment term are specified in each Order. The Seller will issue an invoice to the Buyer for the Goods and Services delivered, the Buyer being obliged to provide all the information required for issuing the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force.
Avangard Gold System SRL will dispatch the Order within a maximum of 2 working days for products in stock and a maximum of 20 working days for products with unavailable stock. However, it will not be held responsible for delays that are not directly within its control, such as weather disturbances, heavy traffic, mechanical failures or failures of any other kind occurring during transport, as well as any other case of force majeure. All the information used to describe the Goods available on the Site (static / dynamic images / multimedia presentations / etc.) does not represent a contractual obligation on the part of the Seller, being used exclusively for presentation purposes.
The delivery and insurance fee applicable to your order will be clearly shown in the Order confirmation. If you opt for pickup from the Avangard Gold System SRL premises, delivery and insurance fees do not apply. In the case of online payments, Avangard Gold System SRL is not and cannot be held responsible for any other additional cost incurred by the Buyer, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by the bank that issued the Buyerโs card, where the currency of the card differs from RON. The responsibility for this lies solely with the Buyer.
Ownership of the products ordered through www.avangardgold.ro will be transferred to the Buyer at the moment of delivery, provided that the full value of the Order has been transferred to the Avangard Gold System SRL account, paid online by card, or paid to the Avangard Gold System SRL delegate or to the representative of the transport courier.
In the case of orders paid by bank transfer, deliveries will be made to the Buyer only once the full value of the Order has been received in the Administratorโs account. The Order is considered accepted only after the full value of the order has been collected, in the case of orders paid by payment order (OP). By submitting the Order, the Buyer agrees to receive invoices in electronic format, added by the company Avangard Gold System SRL to their Account or sent by electronic mail to the e-mail address mentioned in their account.
